Thanks for the tip with the English keyboard layout. I have tried on several occasions with the German layout and I was very surprised that the @ was not taken.

it was feeling strange, when typing the @-sign and seeing something different…
but if you are using a german keyboard layout and you know where the @-sign is at an english layout, it works ;)

As far as i know does it not affect the us keyboard layout. It seems, thet the wmode transparent setting does not pass thru the keyboard layout and just takes the us layout. All signs, different from us keyboard will not function. Hitting the us @ sign (Shift + 2) does function. Maybe somebody can tell the Adobe guys ;-)

Yes, I know about that one but I wonder if Adobe does not ;)
Does the bug also occur with US keyboard layouts?

Thats the evil Firefox @-Bug when wmode=transparent.
